Condition
This sheet is in generally good condition aside from the artist's pinholes, which are evident at the upper corners and the lower left corner, and a minor nick along the upper left edge. The sheet is adhered to a backing board along all four sides. The picture surface is bright and fresh. Under UV, there is a small area that flouresces above the red chimney at the right; it corresponds to an area of the paper that appears to be minorly creased.
