Condition

Canvas is lined. A thin web of stable craquelure is apparent primarily in the sky, with a few other thin, minor cracks in the building's facade. Under UV light: a few pin-dot retouches are evident in the lower left corner, as well as around the extreme edges to address prior frame abrasion. The area around the signature and date appears to have been retouched and an older signature is visible below the new one. Overall the work is in very good condition.
