Condition
Canvas is not lined; appears to have been restretched on its original stretcher. Vertical crease line along extreme right edge of the canvas; canvas may have been folded along this line at some point. Small spot of gold frame paint at extreme upper left corner of canvas. Otherwise surface is fine, if slightly dirty. Under UV light: a few scattered areas of uneven varnish fluoresce but no inpainting is apparent. Overall the work is in very good condition.
