Condition
The panel is sound. There is a small nick to the surface on the bottom edge near the lower right corner, as well as some visible frame rubbing along the bottom edge. The surface is very slightly dirty. Under UV light: there are several hairline strokes and pin dots of inpainting towards the upper left corner as well as scattered pin dot retouches throughout the sky. There are several pin dots and larger strokes at the center of the left half of the top edge and a few larger strokes on the top of the right edge. Also, there is a stroke of inpainting to address the aforementioned mark near the lower right corner. A few brown pigments fluoresce near the center of the composition but appear to be original. Otherwise fine, overall the work is in good condition.
