The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Professor Dr Manfred Reuther of the Nolde Stiftung, Seebüll.

Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. Hinged to the mount on the top two corners, floating in the mount, there are artist's pinholes at all four corners. Apart from very minor creases in areas along the lower edge, this work is in very good condition. Colours: Overall accurate in the printed catalogue although the greens are brighter and more vibrant.
