Purchased at the above sale by the present owner

Condition
The canvas is not lined. There are areas of very uneven varnish which fluoresce under UV light. There do not appear to be any signs of retouching visible under UV light. The painting would respond well to cleaning. This work is in very good condition.
Colours: Fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, although the oranges and yellows are overall softer and the greens are more vibrant in the original.
