Condition

The movement is running and the chronograph is operating at the time of cataloguing, however it may benefit from a service soon. Dial is in good condition. The case and bracelet have scuffs throughout from wear. Movement no. 48294659 case 145 0022 345 0022

Catalogue Note

Accompanied by an Omega certificate, The Moon Watch book, VHS cassette, operating instructions, booklet presentation case and briefcase.

On the 1st July 1993, thirty-five Omega Professional chronographs were transported by the Soyuz-TM launch rocket to Space Station MIR where they underwent stringent tests before returning to earth in the summer of 1994. The present watch is part of a group of 28 examples which were flown in space as part of the Space Station Mir program.
