  • AN ONYX, GOLD AND ENAMEL SQUARE OPEN-FACED WATCH, RETAILED BY CHARLTON & CO.CIRCA 1925

• circular nickel lever movement, 19 jewels • silvered dial, Arabic numerals for minutes • black enamel chapter ring with gold Roman numerals, square onyx case, monogram to the reverse • dial signed Charlton & Co., movement signed European Watch & Clock Co. Inc.

Condition

The movement is running at the time of cataloguing, however it may require service soon. The case is unsigned. There are no visible losses or chips to the onyx case, and the monogram to the back is CWR. There are four small screws missing in the bezel-- currently there are four and there should be right. THere are no losses to the enamel in the chapter ring. The watch is further accompanied by an associated similarly decorated chain.
