Condition

Original canvas. There is a small pinhole to the left of the cypress and very minor indentations in the sky in the upper left section. There is some frame abrasion to the edges and a layer of surface dirt. There are lines of craquelure throughout. UV reveals an opaque layer of varnish and no apparent signs of retouching. Held in an original ornate gold plaster frame made by A. Beggrow, St. Petersburg. Unexamined out of frame.
