Composed of textured gold links spaced by baroque cultured pearls measuring approximately 19.5 by 17.1 mm. to 16.6 by 14.3 mm., carved rubies, a carved emerald, cabochon sapphires, and a cabochon emerald, gross weight approximately 135 dwts., length 17 inches, signed Webb.
Condition
The necklace is in very good condition and bears a nice heft. Set with 4 silvery white baroque cultured pearls presenting blue and pink overtones and a satin-like luster. Set with 2 deep purplish red carved rubies, 1 dark green emerald carved in the Moghul style, 3 cabochon sapphires which vary from light to dark blue and 1 medium green cabochon emerald. The colored stones are decorative in quality, ranging from opaque to semi-translucent.
