- 18 karat gold, 9 karat gold, sapphire, ruby, diamond, cases
Including an 18 karat gold and sapphire case, circa 1940, set at the sides with calibré-cut sapphires, gross weight approximately 76 dwts., measuring approximately 3¼ by 2¾ by 5/8 inches, signed Gübelin, numbered 189267; and a 9 karat gold, ruby and diamond case, circa 1935, set with single-cut diamonds and calibré-cut rubies, gross weight approximately 67 dwts., measuring approximately 3¼ by 2¾ by ½ inches.
Condition
Both cases in good condition with light signs of wear. The ruby and diamond case with London import mark for 1935. The gold and sapphire case is opened by pressing two center sapphires and lifting up the tab. The sapphires are deep blue in color.
