Description

  • 29cm, 11 1/2 in.
with twin broad strap handles washed in yellow and green, decorated on each side with a testa di cavallo shield with a fess and star, probably for Vitali of Verona, against a brown-washed ground  of formal scrolling foliage, the lower half with a spiral band of gadrooning, within broad yellow borders (one handle with section re-stuck, typical minor chip and a crack)
