Condition

Pile ranges from 1/8" to low to knotheads, scattered foldwear and oxidized dark and medium browns, all of which are now low to knotheads in most areas. Some now with repiling. Some further scattered repiling. Scattered minor spot stains. Right side with an approx. 5" repaired slit into open surround. Similar repaired slit across in same position, probably done intentionally to make carpet lie flat. Ends secured with chain stitch, with lower end very minor repaired slit, approx. 1" in length. Sides with orig. 2 cord wool selvages, with some minor later overcasting. Supple handle, lustrous wool, good overall conditon.
