Description

- 16.5 cm
finely painted with a bird perched amidst a large spray of flowering branches flanked on either side with a bird in flight above a smaller sprig between demiflowerhead, foliate and scroll- and strapwork borders around the rim and footrim, mounted with a silver foot, hinged cover and thumbpiece, probably contemporary, struck with an Austrian control for 1809-10.
