Condition
In overall very good conserved condition. There are minor restorations detailed below. The wardrobe had a very dark patina that unfortunately was probably removed during restoration. Restorations are visible on the cornice section inside the carcass, where a piece in firwood does not correspond with the rest of the wood used. Also the two paterae centring the doors are of a later date. The wardrobe appears to be original in all its parts except those mentioned above.
There are some old marks and scratches entirely consisent with age and use and some evidence of old worm to this very decorative object.
