the banded stems rising to scrolls supporting pyramid-shaped turrets with engraved tiles and pierced windows, each hung with a large bell

Condition

Overall condition and marks good, the gilding on the stems is somewhat worn; 7 of the original 8 little finials at the corners of the turrets lacking, very rare.
