Condition

In overall good conserved condition. Colours overall slightly darker and much more attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Charming detail to painted decoration with attractive craquelure. The gilding is nicely worn in places and some very minor hairline cracks which are commensurate with age and hardly noticeable. Old restoration to a scroll on the cresting leaving a slight gap as visible from the photograph. A charming piece and highly recommended.
