Description

  • stoneware
comprising a Frechen jug, circa 1580-1600, moulded with a bearded mask at the spout and a flower patera below, 26cm., 101/4in.; a  Frechen or perhaps Duingen jug, mid 17th century, with bearded mask and three pseudo-armorial medallions, 24cm. 91/2in; and a large Rhenish or Dutch jar, 18th century, with bearded mask and simple stamped flowerheads, 38cm., 15in

Condition

Typical rim chips and minor hair cracks, some losses to medallions on second jug.
