Description
- gilt-bronze, amaranth
- 87cm. high, 112cm. wide, 57cm deep; 2ft. 10¼in., 3ft. 4¼in., 1ft. 10½in.
with a fleur-de-pêche marble top above three long drawers, the sides inlaid with a ribbon-tied floral bouquet, within a strapwork panel

Dr. Herbert Morley Fletcher, 98, Harley Street, London.
Sold Hampton & Son's, London, November 5th, 1934, lot 119 to the vendor's cousin.

Condition
The marble top is in good condition. There is some minor surface losses and chipping at the sides of natural faults in the figure of the marble. Of pleasing proportions this lot is generaly in good condition. The attractive mounts are tarnished. There is some lifting to veneers however this lifting is fairly cosmetic. There are age seperations running verticaly through each side. The top drawer has a minor slither of patched veneer to the top left. The escutheon on the lower drawer has a very old fracture.
