the compressed pear-shaped body rising from a high spreading foot to a long tapering neck, surmounted by a facetted and lobed 'garlic-head' below a waisted mouth with everted lip, cast with a sinuous chilong twisting around the long neck, covered overall with a dark patina enhanced with irregular areas of gilding
Condition
The base of the vase has been hollowed out, there is light wear to the patination and gilding, surface scratchings and natural casting flaws including uneven surface edges.
