the deep rounded sides supported on a hollow flared foot moulded with a raised rib, applied to the exterior with a rich blood red glaze stopping neatly and darkening to a purplish tone at the foot, the interior and the underside of the foot glazed white, inscribed to the base with a six-character Yongzheng seal mark, with wood stand

Condition

The stembowl in excellent condition with the exception of minor glaze firing imperfectiosn such as iron spots predominanty to one side of the rim, a 0.1 x 0.1cm raised bump to the interior and another 0.2 x 0.2cm bump to the base, burst glaze bubbles, and ten underglaze blue spots to the interior. The surface has short scratchings measuring circa 0.5-1.5cm long.
