Description

each with rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, applied overall with a rich red glaze leaving the rim and base white, the base inscribed with a six-character Qianlong seal mark, one dish with a slightly taller rim and darker glaze than the other

Condition

One with 9 small rim chips, the largest approximately 3mm wide; minor surface wear and scratching to glaze . The other with approximately 8 small rim chips, the largest approximately 2mm wide; and two rim cracks, measuring 26mm and 34mm; minor surface wear and scratching to glaze.
