the deep rounded sides rising from a tapering foot to a flared rim, covered overall with a crackled lavender-blue glaze, the base inscribed with a six-character Yongzheng seal mark in underglaze-blue

Condition

This rare dish has three areas of overpainting to hairline cracks, two sections at the rim (9 x 7 and 14 x 7cm.) and one extending from the rim across 3/4 of the base of the dish (34 x 15cm.), with corresponding associated overpainting to the underside of the base.
