Description

  • huanghuali
each with a rectangular top with soft cane seat and molded edge above a recessed waist, the underside with two parallel stretchers, resting on four legs of square section terminating in hoof feet, joined by humpback stretchers, the interior of the legs and apron with finely beaded edge, the wood of an attractive golden-brown (2)

Condition

One stool in very good condition with only some wax fills to minor splits. The second stool has two 5 inch patches at the waist and apron on one of the long sides. There is also a shallow 1 1/2 inch fill just below the seat frame. There is some minor scuffing to one of the short side of the stool, approximately 4 inches. There are some wax fills to minor splits throughout. In overall good condition.
