Description

  • Elm and Nanmu wood
with recessed legs and long rectangular top inset with a well-figured burl panel and with everted ends, the beaded apron joined to shaped spandrels and with legs of square rounded section ending on a horizontal foot, an open panel framing the legs

Condition

There is some areas of staining to the top. The top burlwood board has shrunk slightly and there is an age crack approximately 23 inches which has split open. All of the feet have been restored or stabilized. There are some worm holes to one of the short sides of the table. One of the brackets have been restored. There are some age cracks / lifts consistent with age. One side is slightly faded.
