Condition

Overall the condition of the terracotta is good. There is dirt and some wear to the surface consistent with age. There are a number of stable firing fissures to the surface consistent with material, particularly at the reverse and an area of fine hairline firing fissures to the chest. There are a few minor losses and half of the bow tying the hair and the remainder of the ponytail are lost.
