After a model by Michelangelo (1475-1564), Italian, probably Rome, circa 1600

The figure has lost its proper right arm. And has a few rough areas to the surface due to casting flaws including a small hole at the back of the proper right shoulder. There is a circular hole to the bronze base. The base is made from sections of veneer on a stone core.
