Overall the condition of the marble is good. The two middle fingers of the proper left hand are lost, there has been an old restoration in this area and some white paint remains visible. There are losses to the star, of which there is a loose piece. There are very minor losses to the sun. There are a number of small naturally occurring inclusions. A number of inclusions have been filled with marble, including two at the proper right thigh, one at the proper left thigh and one at the proper left side of the chest which has been coated with white paint. There are remnants of a sticker on the proper right knee. There are minor chips and scratches to the edges of the base. The base may have been reattached and there is some paint at the joint.
