Catalogue Note

Left: Nothing gold can stay. Poem by Robert Frost.
Nature's first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower; but only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So

Right: Eden sank to grief. So dawn goes down today. Nothing gold can stay. Robert Frost is one of my favorite poets. In nineteen ninety-six I first tried the poem with my Square Word Calligraphy. I tried it again today when I found the poem is as compelling.
