Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer, with less purple tones in the background of the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the rich surface texture of the figure's body apparent in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is a tiny spot of loss to the lower right corner tip of the frame. There are a few scratches, surface accretions and spots of oxidisation scattered in places to the frame. The glass pane is slightly loose within the copper box.
