of irregular form, the light brown wood finely carved in varying layers of depth with a mountainous landscape with two figures playing chess in a rocky grotto amidst scattered pines and prunus, with a small house in the foreground, a pavilion and pagoda in the distance, the mouthrim and base fitted with a dark hardwood
