Description

carved in openwork with two immortals standing on terraces amid pagodas, pine trees and rocks, the reverse carved with an immortal strolling in a river landscape, a four-character inscription reading Qiu shan mi ju ('searching for inspiration in the mountain during Autumn'), the high-polished cream coloured stone with a few russet streaks

Condition

There is one small branch broken above the scholars head to the upper section of the reverse.
