The two items in this lot are as follows:

A: A Sikh ruler observing a caged leopard, Punjab Hills, mid-19th century. This is possibly a portrait of Mian Jai Singh of Guler, see Archer 1973, pl. 74,76 for related portraits.
B: A drawing of a seated Sikh man, pencil on paper, Punjab Hills, 19th century.
