Description

Persian manuscript on paper, 4 lines to the page written in black nasta'liq script in black ink within cloudbands, gilt-edged signature, spread over 2 panels decorated with polychrome scrolling floral illumination, laid down on 2  purple panels with black and orange borders

Condition

In reasonably good overall condition, occasional smudges, a few small stains and areas of rubbing, ink generally strong, and gold and colours bright, as viewed.
