Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is lighter in the original.
This work is executed on canvas and it is not relined.
Under UV light, there is no evidence of any retouching.
The canvas is superficially worn :
- a minor dot (approx. 0,5 cm) located 5 cm from the left edge and 2 cm from the upper edge
- a thin line (approx. 4 cm) located 9 cm from the right edge and 8 cm from the lower edge
are visible under close inspection.
This work is in very good condition.
