standing on a fragmentary oblong base with the weight on her right leg and her left foot resting on a plinth, her left arm formerly raised, and wearing a himation wrapped around the lower part of her body.

the painter Luis Alfredo López Méndez (1901-1966), Caracas, Venezuelan Ambassador to Greece in 1950

Condition

As shown, large chip on underside of base on one side, note various chips abrasions to drapery folds, back is summarily carved.
