- Two Bronzes, Roman Imperial
- Bronze
- Heights 8 1/4 and 5 1/2 in. 21 and 14 cm.
comprising an olpe with handle cast in relief with Dionysos standing beneath harvesting erotes, and a tripod lamp in the form of two sandaled feet, with fragmentary voluted spout, and lid surmounted by the Griffin of Nemesis, the supports each in the form of a figure of Bes (two restored).

Condition
Olpe: surface worn overall with areas of bodyand probably painted/repatinated, one chip on top of rim, bottom of foot cracked along almost entire perimeter, small hole on underside of foot; lamp: as shown and described, lid is chipped on one side and glued to neck backwards, hinges fragmentary, handle missing, note that each foot wears a different type of sandal.
