- An Attic Black-figured Panel Amphora, attributed to the Swing Painter
- Terracotta
- Height 16 1/8 in. 41 cm.
decorated on one side with a departure scene comprising a young horseman accompanied by a bearded man and two youths, and on the other side with three youths engaged in a foot race flanked by two observers, a band of linked lotus flowers and palmettes above each scene, rays above the foot, the details in added red and white.

Condition
Mended from several fairly large fragments with in-painting and minor areas of restoration along breaklines, outer perimeter of top of rim slightly abraded and chipped in one place, losses to glaze on handles in- or over-painted in places, about a quarter of rays above foot have been repainted, figural scenes not affected by repairs in any significant way except for small area of fill running across top of head of first runner from right.
