- Height 10 in. 25.4 cm.
the body painted with a seated woman holding a mirror and two phialai, and a kneeling Eros with wreath and cista, the lid decorated with a seated woman holding a fan and cista, and Eros in flight carrying a cista, ivy-leaf, and wreath, the body and lid probably from different pyxides.

Condition
Body repaired from 4 large and 6 small fragments with coarse in-painting and areas of restoration along breaklines, seated woman with mirror better preserved than kneeling eros where most of breaks are concentrated, foot chipped in one area mostly on inside; lid probably not belonging (as described), repaired from about 7 fragments, and in much same condition as body; losses to added white on both body and lid, surface very dirty overall; underside of foot bears following numbers: 2772 (pencil), 2772 (yellow ink), 45.7 (red ink), and L10.44 (red ink).
