- Deer skin (Odocoileus virginianus), moose hair (alces alces), cotton thread and silk cloth
similar to the preceding, decorated on the vamp with a series of openwork floral elements.
Condition
Overall the hide and quillqork are in excaptionally good condition for their age. One moc has a 1 in. split where the vamp meets the body of the moc. The other moc has two small hols at the heel. Some minor wear to the silk tape.
