Condition

Good condition overall for a mask of this age. Insect damage on upper lip. Chip on bottom right edge of jaw. Horn on proper right bottom missing (old break, overpatinated). Areas of abrasion, nicks and scratches throughout. Multiple wood and metal pegs inserted into face throughout. Fine aged patina with traces of clay remaining in pierced holes on back side rim. Bindings holding jaw in place replaced. Three metal nails inserted in back for mounting.
