Overall very good condition. The panels with a luminous glow and depth of carving which is not portrayed in the catalogue illustration. The panels are presently mounted in two modern frames. This lot is framed in a tan metallic colored frame with the immediately adjacent portion of the frame to the panels in a silver tone. Please contact the 20th Century Design department for images of the complete framed works. The glass is in very good condition with some minor inherent air bubbles and impurities scattered throughout. Each of the panels with minor edge losses, with filing to the adjacent glass. Some of which are presently obstructed by the frame. With two larger edge chips measuring over one inch in length. The encased molded flowers and stems with what appears to be some occasional mold lines that do not extend throughout the body of the clear glass above. One panel with an inch and a half hairline fracture to the outer clear glass surface, which does not appear to extend through the entire depth of the glass. The modern frames used to presently display the works have been build specifically for these pieces and the panels have been mounted without any disturbance to the glass. Each panel with detailed floral renderings showing a decorative scheme which crosses into adjacent panels. The panels present beautifully in person.
