The following condition report was kindly provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.: This painting has been recently restored and should be hung as is. The mahogany panel has two horizontal reinforcements at the top and the bottom. The panel is stable and flat. Under ultraviolet light despite the eccentric fluorescence in some areas, there are a few cracks around the bracelet on the right forearm which have been retouched and a few cracks in the right cheek of the Venetian beauty which have similarly received a few small retouches. Other than this there are no further retouches visible.
