Condition

Pile generally very closely sheared 1/10 inch overall with minor areas of foldwear showing spot foundation; some oxidized browns also low to knotheads and foundation---most visible in central blossom. Ends with partial open outer crimson guard borders, now secured with binding stitch and cloth band sewn to reverse. Sides with a few minor reweaves, later overcasting. Lustrous wool, good saturated color, flexible handle, sound fabric and condition.
