Condition
The panel is slightly bowed convex along the left and right edges, but is otherwise in good and stable condition. Apart from a few minor spots of retouching, notably in the gentleman's jacket and a spot between his boots, this work is in good condition and is ready to hang. Held in an elaborate gold-painted wood and plaster frame with a nameplate.
