Chemnitz, Gerstenberger Gallery, Ausstellung Gerstenberger, n.d., no. 6683
Condition
Original canvas. There are scattered small spots of superficial retouching visible under ultraviolet light in the sky, the water, and the dress of the standing girl. These do not appear to address any damages as the canvas shows no sign of punctures or tears. The shore, the seated girl, and the foliage are untouched however. The impasto overall is in excellent condition and the colours bright and vibrant. Held in a simple modern white painted frame.
