The long case surmounted by the figure of Chronos, the enamel dial with Roman numeral signed Lepaute/A Paris, the lockplate stamped VF over crossed keys and PARIS, some bronze mounts have been removed to reveal the stamp GP from the bronzier workshop.




 



 

Condition

Overall in good condition and presentation. All veneers have retained their warm color and are well applied to carcass with no lifting or losses. The bronzes have retained their original gilding. There are to chips to enamels around the winding key holes of the dial.
