Condition
The group appears to have been broken throught the base, at least in two pieces, possibly three, and restored back - the entire underside of the base in oversprayed making it dificult to determine the exact nature of the damage. There is some restoration to the legs of the chair, to Venus across her legs at the knee and to her neck. There is some restoration to Cupid's legs, feet and arms; and some restoration to the corner and along the back edge of the plinth.. The end of the quiver is either cracked or repaired; there are minor chips and losses to the flower garlands and the end of the arrow in the maiden's hands is broken away.
