  • 35 cm; 36.5 cm
one depicting Emperor Napoleon I's visit to the pyramids; the other depicting the coup politique on the 18th Brumaire 1799, both plaques are titled.

Condition

The ivory is in good and fair condition with the usual minor age cracks, and showing some yellow stains. Both frames are made of rosewood with the usual chips, cracks, dents consistent with age and use. Visible restoration to frames, mostly to molded edges
