Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is some light paint separation in places across the canvas, particularly in the upper right quadrant. There is a line of surface abrasion along the right edge, which appears to be old frame abrasion. There are some occasional spots of staining across the canvas; the work may benefit from a light clean.
Ultraviolet light reveals spots of infilling to the aforementioned spots of paint separation.
Held in a plain wood frame.
